1) Return Eligibility

14-day return window: You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligible items: Handmade resin planters and any other products sold on veevogue.in unless otherwise stated in the product description or under an exclusive promotion.
Conditions for eligibility:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
The item must be unused, unworn, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
All original components, tags, manuals, certificates, and packaging must be included.
Non-eligible items:
Customized or bespoke pieces unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Special order items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Items on final sale or marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Damaged or defective on arrival: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damage for assessment.
2) Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at customercare@veevogue.in  with:
Order number
Item name and quantity
Reason for return
Condition of the item and photos (if damaged/defective)
Our human agent will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days with next steps, including the return merchandise authorization (RMA) if applicable.

3) Return Shipping

Customer responsibilities: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we have approved a waiving of the fee.
Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, use sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.
4) Inspection and Processing

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria listed above.
If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the return is approved and processed.
5) Refunds

Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Timing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the processed date.
Partial refunds: If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the items returned and any applicable shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
6) Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
To exchange, please follow the same return initiation steps and specify that you want an exchange. Our team will guide you on the available options (different size, color, or a different design).
Any price difference (if applicable) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7) Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label where feasible.
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
8) Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return according to the above policy.
Cancellations may incur refunds of the item price but may be subject to a small processing fee as per current policies.
9) Insurance and Security

We recommend choosing a traceable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us if the shipment is not traceable.
